No personal craftiness to report, other than to mention that last week, Herr Snicklefritz sold 4 handmade books to a gallery in a small town south of us. After waiting patiently for him to report this himself over on his own blog (where he displays all of his handmade books, A Sprinkler in the Rain), he has finally done so. But I'm excited for him, so I am writing about his craftiness here, too. The gallery, Bishop's Stock, is very neat and the owner was pretty encouraging--she really likes the PIC's work. The books sold include two mod books (the one pictured and another one with the same fabric cover), a green book (not the one pictured, but very much like it), and book VII. The sale cleaned out the PIC's book supply, but he was super excited (as was I).
Now, enough celebrating!! Get back to work!! We demand more handmade books!!
