Mmmmm, pie.

Here's how my partner-in-crime and I spent our Sunday afternoon. We made some apple pies. We used the pie crust recipe from my Pillsbury Complete Cookbook and for the filling we used a recipe from my mother-in-law. The PIC got a little fancy with the top crusts...please note the star and the "P" for Snicklefritz. :o) They turned out quite well and are delicious!
