Messenger bag

Here's some more craftiness from Herr Snicklefritz: a messenger bag.
I, Mr. Snicklefritz, had been wanting to make the transition from briefcase to messenger bag, but it's hard to find a good militay surplus store out here, so when I was brought along for one of Mrs. Snicklefritzes Hancock Fabric runs, and I saw canvas was 40% off, I figured it was a good time to give it a try.

Unfortunately, the first try (not pictured) was way more of a purse than a messenger bag.

Fortunately, the second try (pictured) turned out pretty well, and it holds my papers nicely.

Who typed this post? Did Herr Snicklefritz hijack your blog?

She told me to do so!

I swear!

She even set it up so that I could just add a couple comments to the paragraphs!
Well, it is the Crafty SnicklefritzES, so I told Herr Snicklefritz it was OK to post about his messenger bag. I uploaded the pictures for him, but that was about it. I apologize if this was off-putting to anyone, as Herr Snicklefritz does not write with the same pizzazz that I do. :o)

It was a poor attempt to sound like the Mrs., Herr Snicklefritz. The very name of Snicklefritz conjures an image of "wow" factor, a certain "pizzazz," a slight "spunkiness," and an air of "tomfoolery." This post was sadly lacking in flavor.

Hey, what did you end up doing with the first attempt at the messenger bag? Did you actually complete the bag or did you realize that it was going to be too small and not finish?

Oh, no. I finished it. Would you like me to ask Mrs. Snicklefritz to post some pictures and pizzazz-filled comments about it?

Yes, that would be lovely.
